From 2005 Raffaele De Giuseppe is the Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager of Masseria Montalbano.
He knows very well traditional flavors of Puglia and also cultivates a deep passion for the international cuisine. He has been a member of the Italian Cuisine Accademy and he is also an important member of the "Les Disceples d'Auguste Escoffier".
He is a technical director of Eccelsa Institute in Alberobello and one of the most important teacher of the Boscolo Etolie Accademy. He published the following books: "Un bel piatto di pasto" in 2008 and "Pesce Azzurro" in 2009 and he is one of the leading of the book "Banqueting and Catering".
